Investors and buyers · across Greece
Engineering support for property investors.
An independent engineering view for acquiring, developing and managing property in Greece, from initial risk review through construction and post-acquisition support.
We support private buyers, investors, family offices and organisations that need a structured engineering assessment before or after taking responsibility for an asset. Scope is matched to the decision stage, property type, information available and the time allowed.
Not every asset requires every service. The stage and depth are selected to match the specific decision.
Suitable for
Individual acquisitions and investment assets; hospitality and commercial property; refurbishment and change-of-use opportunities; initial screening or comparable portfolio review.

Questions
Frequently asked
When should an engineering adviser become involved in a property acquisition?
Ideally before a binding commitment or before the due-diligence period closes, so technical findings can inform the decision, further investigations and the initial CapEx plan.
Can you support an investor based outside Greece?
Yes. Scope, site inspections, document exchange and reporting can be organised in Greek or English, with clear decision points and structured remote updates.
Does technical due diligence replace legal or financial due diligence?
No. Engineering advice complements but does not replace legal, tax or financial due diligence, a certified property valuation or advice from the relevant professional disciplines.
Can the scope cover more than one asset?
Yes. Portfolio work can use common screening criteria and comparable risk presentation to prioritise the assets that require deeper investigation.
