Permit review and completion budget for an unfinished house
Scope
Review of the building permit, its revision and the surveys, with a bilingual completion budget for a prospective buyer.
The buyer needed two answers: is the building legal as it stands, and what will it cost to make it habitable? We checked the permit, its revision and the continuation of works against the surveys and what had been built.
We prepared an item-by-item budget in Greek and English covering floors, MEP, windows, external insulation, waterproofing, kitchen and sanitary ware, so the client had a specific cost per work item before deciding.
