Scope
Structural design of two independent hotel complexes in distinct areas of Zakynthos, tailored to local geometry, slopes and site conditions.
The architectural design is by another practice; our scope was the structural design.
The design considered geotechnical conditions and terrain slopes at each site, regional seismicity and the specific architectural layouts.
Structural systems with optimised member sizes were developed to provide safe and cost-efficient solutions for the building frames and auxiliary facilities.
