Scope
Full permit and design for eight single-storey suites in two buildings among olive trees overlooking the Ionian, each with a private heated pool.
The project involved the architectural design of the suites with strong focus on privacy, functionality and guest experience, as well as structural and energy design in line with current regulations.
Detailed drawings were prepared for the building permit, complemented by photorealistic renderings to support the property’s marketing and positioning.
