Capacity assessment before and after repair, using elastic dynamic and nonlinear static (pushover) analysis.
A study for an earthquake-damaged building under the state relief scheme, in three steps: assessment with the damage, assessment of the original structure and design of the strengthening.
The strengthening was verified by pushover analysis, so that the intervention restores the required performance level at the lowest practical cost.
